We had the incredibly good fortune of being introduced to Chris and Michelle about the same time we were told we had two weeks to pack, sell our home and move to California for a work relocation. They were recommended by a friend that had also used them for the sale of their home and was incredibly happy with their work. To say I was pleased with their work is such an understatement. From the stunning video tour they produced of our home to the “remote” repairs they facilitated for us when we were hundreds of miles away, they were available for everything. We had an aggressive sell price in mind for our home, but after viewing the home and evaluating comps, Chris and Michelle suggested we go a little higher. We had refinanced the home earlier in the year and we were very, very concerned that the appraisal would not support the sell price. They assured us that part of their job is to assemble a portfolio of comps and supporting documentation that would help in making sure the appraisal would come back in line with the sale price. A few days after the house went on the market we had a buyer and the appraisal followed soon after right in line with selling price. We were absolutely thrilled with their professionalism and dedication in helping us through a very challenging time.
