Charity Carpenter was born and raised in Western Washington and made the move to Arizona in 2019 after falling in love with the Valley of the Sun on her many trips to visit friends and family in the Northwest Valley. She quickly found her home at Lake Pleasant Real Estate as a proud member of The Spalding Team. Charity brings 15 years of experience as a manager in the customer service industry and leverages that experience in her passion to help her clients with their real estate goals. In Charity’s practice of real estate, it is her mission to provide exceptional customer service while educating the client throughout every step of the process. She is diligent in maintaining consistent communication, paying strong attention to details, and creating a positive/seamless experience for all parties in a transaction: buyers, sellers, and cooperating agents.
When not helping her clients in the Northwest Valley buy and sell their homes, Charity enjoys hiking, kayaking, and traveling to tropical islands to snorkel in crystal blue waters. She also finds joy in being a part of her church community and working with charities that help foster children.
